Make sure you get your daily fix of healthy smoothie!!!
3 x Apples,
1 x handful of muesli,
1 x handful of raspberries and blueberries (or any berries fresh or frozen),
1/2 x banana,
and 2 x tablespoons of yoghurt and ice.
This is beautiful breakfast smoothie that will certainly keep you filled till lunch.
